HELLO LOVE Project!!!!! ALoha! It's been a while, and my heart has been many places since I began writing this blog, questions of LOVE. Tonight as I write to you I come with humility, wondering just how much more vast my heart is. It appears to me now, that the more one searches in the field of the heart, the more the heart just opens. It's as if there are no boundaries, completions, ends or territories. Just a completely open field, that is to many unknown, and it completely undefined. Sometimes, it can be frightening even, to have such abandon and freedom with Loving. And sometimes, it feels very sad, and lonely. I no longer wonder why for all eternity there have been those that have efforted to put rules and regulations on Love, instead of just asking questions. What I have found up till now is that, to walk and breathe and live in the vastness of the heart, is like taking a different path, and there is no one around to validate where you are, or where you are going. All of your experiences reverberate from this space, the space of the heart, and interact with you through a new channel. This channel is new. It is powerful, yet can appear to be very weak and delicate, even insecure. That is one of the most beautiful questions of this channel, is that, it is most likely the strongest force of energy that exists. It has been hidden, bound, abused, distorted, controlled, denied, misidentified, deceived and ignored. Now, the river flows. Now, is the time for all to begin to enlighten to this space. Be ready to receive is all I can say. When the time comes, the gates shall open, and this energy will cleanse and come forth to be seen. My question tonight dearest HELLO LOVE project is...Are you ready?

HELLO LOVE Project! HELLO LOVE? Where is all the LOVE for the Earth? This beautiful blue planet we live on. As we all sit and watch the ocean working out the wounds of our modern society, what more or less can we do? Is it time to give up the "apathy" of our modern day lives; to leave the distraction of "paying our bills", "living our lives", "consuming more and more", "raising our families", "preaching our religions"? do you think it is time we consider "Oneness" as all life on the planet, including the planet? Just wondering...when we will make a real change. Change in ourselves, and for all. How much "time" do you think there is for this awareness?

Are we "shifting" fast enough?

Is it even possible for human beings to devote one day; to the planet, and make choices based on the whole of all of life? Not talking about a commercialized, materialized "Earth Day"...just a focus on... "What is my contribution".."what can I do for this Planet?" and "what needs to change, and change now?"

For all of Humanity, a prayer from my heart stems to you..May you awaken from your sleep. From your maze, and confusion. May you choose life. May you choose all of life on your planet. May you choose a change that will beckon a new dawn, a new day. May you forget all your blames, and your pasts, and your weakness, and your so-called strength. May you forget your search. May you remember LOVE. May you be held in the umbrella of LOVE and caressed by the essence of truth. And for those that might require this....."MAY YOU WAKE UP!" "WAKE UP HUMANITY" "WAKE UP"!

Listening to the heart is so fun, because sometimes it speaks in so many different ways. I wonder how many of us think we are hearing the language of the heart, only to find the heart is always changing and beating...hmnnn. It's almost overwhelming, like a kid in a candy store, I feel like hmmnnn.. which thing do I want to do first, and who do I want to play with and oh my goodness, I get to go there! Wow! How does it get any better than this?
A friend of mine told me to see what I believe, not to believe what I see! I LOVE this! I don't find it a coincidence that the earth is rebelling in noticeable volume these days. Earthquakes, volcanoes, etc. I think it needs a little tlc.

Its almost like electronics are a devils toy to distract everyone from taking notice of what is real and god given and less and less appreciated. Just my take, and I get caught up in days sometimes and forget to notice how cool the clouds are or how awesome the river and mountains look. I think everyone's pcs and iphones should boot up with a message, have you noticed your environment today? What can you do to make it better?

"I go to Sprouts Natural Foods store to get my spices. You scoop ounces of your spice from jars into these little baggies. Much cheaper. Anyway, I am about 8 bags into it when this woman with a prosthetic hand came up and asked me if I could help her scoop some basil and mint. I told her I would be happy to and she held open her baggies while I scooped. She kept thanking me and told me how one time she dropped a whole jar on the floor trying to do it for herself. When we finished, she said how grateful she was that I could take the time to help her. I told her that no I need to thank her for giving me the opportunity to help her because that made me feel so good to be able to do that for someone. That was my LOVE experience yesterday!

It makes one wonder, when you are young and so into yourself do you just miss these things? Does age open your eyes to what really has meaning?

HELLO LOVE Project! The truth. What is the truth about LOVE? I could not ever say. Except, for as much LOVE as I know, my life is seriously lacking in LOVE. And the only truth I know tonight, is that although there is LOVE in every wave and particle. LOVE in every moment, every cell, every breath, everything, we as humans have created so many confines for the energy of LOVE I am amazed we even know it at all. To define LOVE, to confine LOVE, to take away LOVE, to own LOVE, to possess LOVE, to share LOVE. Tonight, I know or believe that we as humans LOVE each other. But, really couldn't say with the truth of my being that we know the first thing about it, or show it. Which is very sad, in the year 2009 there is still war, still so much suffering, still so much denial, still so many hurting one another, instead of loving. hmnnn. All the doctrines, all the scripts, all the knowing. All the teachings, the path, the way of the heart, and still it remains. The control. The control. One by one, perhaps we awaken. Really? And yet now as everyone prepares for 2012, do you really believe that humanity has changed? And for some amazing reason LOVE still is here for us, for all of us. Share your thoughts, your truths.

HELLO LOVE Project! Did you find the answer...to the voice of LOVE? Do you hear LOVE more now? Awe, the sweetness of having an open heart to hear LOVE. I say yes. I believe in the power of LOVE over everything. I believe LOVE can heal, can help, can change, can influence, can soothe, can overcome.

If there is a conflict in your life, a confusion, an illness, a fear, a doubt, a worry, I believe LOVE can help.

Instead of focusing on any of that, instead just focus on LOVE. Just focus on the heart. And feel into the space of LOVE.

My heart grew this weekend...

HELLO LOVE Project! What a weekend I had. Through asking so many questions of LOVE, and desiring to open up to more LOVE, I needed to face some ideas about LOVE and life and go deep within. The journey is a very expressed energy and carries many blessings. After exploring some fears, some boundaries, ideas, and feelings. I found that it is a blessing to let the heart breathe and expand. Through this expansion, the heart moves into a deeper awareness of the LOVE we all are. Today, after a wave of LOVE all weekend, soaring through my being, I now feel grace. I heard a song on the radio, "sometimes LOVE comes around, and it knocks you down, just get back up when it knocks you down".

Through this wave of LOVE knocking me down, I realized that I momentarily stepped back from the greatest gift of all...the gift of LOVE. Then, through tears and release, a surrender settled in. My heart grew this weekend. Yesterday, a beautiful rainbow illuminated the sky. My heart has a pulse of it's own. It is calling me home. Home to LOVE.

If you're not, close your eyes, take a deep breath, imagine a big pink glowing ball in the center of your mind...then connect to your heart, feel the vibration, see the infinite colors of the rainbow pulsating through your heart...go ahead exhale.

Now add the sound of a waterfall, feel the water drops hit your face. Do you hear the sound of those birds chirping. Breathe in, breath out. You are in paradise.

HELLO LOVE Project! Love is in the air! Or is it something else? What do you feel now? As we ask of LOVE, LOVE answers. Does LOVE ask back of us?

I ask you to find the calmness in your heart if you feel yourself to be admist a great storm.

Unshakable is the tree thats roots are sewn from a deep center of LOVE. The branches may sway, and lose some leaves, but the trunk of the tree stays centered deep in it's resevoir nourished by LOVE.

As is every moment up till now, the past, this moment too becomes the past and fades into a deep mystery and memory. Like a song we remember, but no longer have the music.

I invite you to write your own songs. To write your own music.

The song you might remember playing, doesn't have to be the soundtrack for the present and doesn't need a musical debut to be dismissed as a beautiful presence of LOVE. HELLO LOVE Project! Do you LOVE what you do? In asking this question, a lot of things opened up. If you don't LOVE what you do....then why are you doing it? And then also, do you bring LOVE into everything that you do?

But, let's face it...sometimes it's difficult to hold that space. Or is it? Underneath is LOVE. So, maybe we all just need reminders.

The more LOVE everyone has in their lives, the more LOVE will be on the planet. So, even if you can't reason with yourself to follow your bliss or LOVE, then do it for the sake of the planet and everyone else on it. Which really are just sign posts on the highway of LOVE to not take the exit and instead to take a deep breath. To realize, it's only our little illusion, that creates the idea of the re-action. HELLO LOVE Project! The question of LOVE's letting go, still lingers in a deeper sense today. So, working through the onion peel of layers..I ask...to let go of the world I perceive around me to be and to step into the deeper mystery of LOVE. No matter where you are in your life at this moment, there are things you cannot see. There are movements not known and there is a deep sense of LOVE calling you home. I am going to answer this call. My heart asked me to let go, to surrender to, the complete unknown. To not buy into what I see today, but to merge into a field "where the children play". A field with no limitations, nor definitions, nor concrete knowing. A space between the space of the unmanifested and manifested form. Today, I will accept nothing that I think I believe or see, instead today I will ask LOVE to amaze me. To show me the miracle of letting go. Whatever place you are coming from today...I invite you to search your being for the call home. The call to LOVE. HELLO LOVE Project! Living with a free heart does open up more LOVE. As the day moved through me and moved through the question of living with a free heart. It came to me that the more free our hearts, the more free our LOVE but also the more free our lives will be. LOVE cannot understand restrictions. LOVE cannot understand limitations. Nor can our hearts. To have a free heart and LOVE freely, all we need to do is let go. When we truly let go or surrender, we accept LOVE and we let LOVE be. Instead of trying to define it or control it. It's pointless anyway, like trying to control the ocean. So, my heart says...let it go. LOVE is in motion . LOVE is LOVE is LOVE.

HELLO LOVE Project! There is so much we see all the time. Hear, feel, think. Everywhere you turn there is another idea or image, sound. Including in our own minds. If we want to open up to more LOVE, then do we need to turn some of the noise down? To really listen. My heart says if you build a strong sense of the heart, then your connection to LOVE is there for you at all times. It guides you and uplifts you. But how many of us our listening to our hearts? I believe if we were, conversations wouldn't be as long, and actions wouldn't be so delayed. I listen to people all the time go round and round with their mind, and ignore the call of the heart. For today, may you listen to your heart.

HELLO LOVE Project! What an awesome question today! As I already knew, I am not afraid of a broken heart. I think what scares me more than that is having to answer to a heart that I never allowed to sing. That I never allowed to LOVE. That I never allowed to follow it's bliss. Yes, awe, that just seems scary to me like the biggest nightmare in life! My heart says..."you cannot live in fear of me getting hurt, but you can believe in the many colors of the rainbow in this heart to pick you up and LOVE you more if you do." My heart says it's okay to LOVE, and it's better that way, the more open your heart, the faster it will heal you, LOVE you, guide you, astonish you and adore you! HELLO LOVE Project!!! Yes, I do Believe it's LOVE that makes the world go round! LOVE, LOVE, LOVE..! As I have been doing this project I feel like so much more LOVE is coming into my life. Thank you! The Question for the HELLO LOVE Project today is...Are you afraid of a broken heart? Very important question for the HELLO LOVE Project because broken hearts have a hard time feeling LOVE and that's sad. And also, being fearful of LOVE lowers the chances of LOVE, LOVE, LOVE leading your life. I've heard numerous people say to me lately.."well, I just don't want to see you get your heart broken.." but I am not afraid of a broken heart half as much as I am a heart that didn't LOVE. Loving gratitude...HELLO LOVE Project! A meaningful question, and easy to reveal. As, I roamed through the day, I wondered how LOVE gives thanks, and what the true meaning of gratitude is. A friend and someone I look up to came up to me today and gave me a Big hug. I believe that was LOVE giving gratitude. Maybe sometimes it comes in the form of a recognition or acknowledgment of the Path of Love. Kind of like LOVE saying..."Oh, Hi, LOVE" Could be...

HELLO LOVE PROJECT......It is such a gift to view the world with eyes of LOVE. Remembering all of the beauty of life and LOVE instantly makes for a happy day. If we can learn to appreciate all the "little" things imagine how "big" our lives and LOVE could be. Today I found through the HELLO LOVE Project that my heart is very happy to be alive! And that this Earth is so beautiful.....so beautiful and giving! The colors, the colors, the colors! And everything else.....!

HELLO LOVE Project! I just want to share how much LOVE is really out there!
If you can open your heart to it, it is infinite.
When I look around at life sometimes I feel like my heart could just burst from all the LOVE. It's like this sweet, delicate, melody just playing out. There is so much we could focus on, and even then not even touch the surface of LOVE. I have found that if you start small, and let it grow from there....it becomes a natural state of being. For instance, I know personally and from being a witness to others as well, that sometimes we can focus on what we feel we are missing. And in the realm of LOVE, we can mistake lack as something external. Like a great relationship, or career, home, material abundance or support group. The beautiful truth however is, there are endless possibilities of where you can choose to focus. And trust me, it is endless. To start simple, and just take in the beauty of this Earth, I believe will bring more LOVE than a lifetime could use up. Have you noticed how immense nature is lately? The sunrise, the clouds, the stars, the birds, flowers, rain, wind, lightening? It's like this elemental dance of unique qualities all so interconnected but just alone are so amazing. No matter where you are in your own journey right now, if you can take the moments to appreciate all the colors around you, I believe your whole life can change into a happier, peaceful state of being. The hues are such a gift. I like to just invite them to soak my eyes with their intensity. The blues of the sky, are always changing and if you don't look up, you can miss a particular hue of blue. And that is just with the blues. Gratitude and appreciation for the truly simple things of this life are something that if you don't have it now, it's hard to imagine you suddenly getting it even if all of your wildest dreams, in one moment, just came true. So, this is a great way to be today. Let us just appreciate with gratitude our beautiful planet and see what it opens up for us along the way. I'll let you know later. Can LOVE teach you in the most simple things like a flower, cloud, or sunset?

HELLO LOVE Project!!!

Okay, tonight a smile is taking hold of my face longer than usual. I am 100% OK with that because a smile is worth so much. The HELLO LOVE Project will only allow so many serious expressions before it absorbs any idea other than happiness entirely. How lucky Am I?

The answer is the question today.

LOVE is everywhere.
But, I am oh, so grateful for the question, because I felt that If I was looking to know where LOVE is, then there is some place inside of me, screaming LOVE...LOVE..LOVE!

So, what I learned today, as simple as it seems,,, if you are wondering where LOVE is, it's because LOVE is speaking to you loudly! This might come in the form of many ideas. Such as a lack of LOVE. Such as judgements. Such as fears. Such as hypocrisy.

Be doo, blah bleu...it's merely just a divine act of LOVE desiring to open up more for you.

Of course, it's more than possible I could be so wrong. So, please let me know where it is that LOVE is with you.

HELLO LOVE project!!!!

I do believe it's LOVE that makes the world go round...and it's LOVE that is the essence of life. I already feel like I have learned so much from this project and I can't wait to learn more. The question my heart is asking today is....Where is LOVE?

In asking this question I have immediate answers pop into my head, but I really want to let my heart lead this question throughout my day. My challenge is going to be to focus my heart on places and spaces that I might not normally or immediately see. Who knows what this heart will find out, but I am hoping it leads me to realizing where LOVE is that even my heart has yet to witness. If you can breathe with this question, or already have insights, please share them with me!

HELLO LOVE Project!!!! LOVE, LOVE, LOVE.....the question of LOVE today....is LOVE of ones'self, how do we really have full self LOVE and acceptance?

The secret to happiness and the fountain of youth, yet we are all so hard on ourselves sometimes. The challenge is to give ourselves LOVE, unconditionally. So, today I am going to live with this question and challenge, and let you know what I find. If you are one of those narcissitic persons, I am not quite sure that counts. And even if you think you are very loving to yourself, I imagine there is a space that could use more LOVE. If we are able to LOVE ourselves more, wouldn't we be able to LOVE more in general? Tell me your thoughts, stories, truths and inspirations....

HELLO LOVE project,.......

Touchable Love....... Oh my goodness! Where to start? Okay this is a unique question, because what is described as a touch, and what is LOVE? The whole reason I am doing this! This is such an infinite subject. So, I chose myself, not to define too much, and just let the question move through me. I had a quiet day, returning from my trip. Unpacking the car, resting, playing around. In the afternoon it hit me, out of the blue! One way LOVE is touched, is through service. That could mean anything, I know. But I felt it in my heart, that some LOVE is untouchable. Kind of like a shooting star, or rainbow, or butterfly. It's just a whisper and ellusive in nature. But, for sure, a witness to a great spark, enough of a reminder that we all become so intrigued we want more. I realized that when a human being is simply surrendering to LOVE and sharing it freely to help others with a pure heart...that is a LOVE that is touchable, but part of the LOVE of a sunset that takes the breath away then is gone. The all so elusive LOVE that keeps the fountain constantly flowing, yet, you cannot no matter how hard you try, catch the water in your hands.

I don't kmow, and I want to discover more. But, I think the act of service brings this LOVE that is untouchable into the touchable because it begs the rainbow to move in between the human hands. And the rainbow so happily enters, giving to both. The one who is helping and the one who is there to recieve the help.

Good Question... I immediatley have ideas jump to my head...like Isabella my beautiful husky puppy! And, holding hands with the great guy....and yum..the ocean..YES! Except, the HELLO LOVE project is to learn...so since I already came up with those answers.. I will explore what is LOVE that can be touched throughout my day and let you know later...!! The Prayer

HELLO LOVE.....

My experiment with the prayer in my heart and on my awareness was a rather beautiful and engaging process. Immediatly, I found a more open heart to experience with. Suddenly my pancakes seemed so happy, and I was enjoying the day more. My attitude shifted into a lighter state. Since I was traveling I had some alone time to reflect and enjoy nature. Somewhere along the road I was getting tired and noticed my state had shifted from complete bliss to being grouchy. I remembered the HELLO LOVE project question and searched for a CD to uplift my
spirits. I chose to listen to a CD Lecture given by Dr. Wayne Dyer on Peace. I would absolutely reccomend this lecture. He spoke of Peace and bringing more Love to the planet. Its amazing sometimes to recall all the historical people that have brought shifts and change to the world just through their LOVE. Dr. Dyer is great! I also have to admit that through this process yesterday I was engaged in my own spaces, where seperation was being created. A great reminder to keep that prayer going. I adore all those bumper stickers that say "LOVE is my religion". Thanks!

HELLO LOVE Project! As I was contemplating Love and all the different ideas we have about it, a prayer kept coming into my mind on LOVE, so I decided to share that prayer, as our daily question on LOVE and see where it leads me through out the day.

Prayer from St. John....

I Love You, O my God, and my only desire is to Love you.....

Until my last breath of my life.

I Love You,

O my infinitely Lovable God,

and I would rather die Loving you,

than live without Loving you.

I Love you, Lord, and the only grace I ask is to Love you eternally.
