HELLO LOVE Project! Thank you so much! The "letting go" with breath truly transformed my day. It released me from the nature to "try" to change what is, throughout the course of the day. And mostly helped me to smile and just be at peace. Sweetness follows. Tonight there is no worry. That is right now, there is wholeness and perfect space in the unknown. Simple acceptance for the infinte dance, dream, and love with life. May you have sweet dreams. Good night my LOVES.

LOVE is calling you home....

HELLO LOVE Project! The question of LOVE's letting go, still lingers in a deeper sense today. So, working through the onion peel of layers..I ask...to let go of the world I perceive around me to be and to step into the deeper mystery of LOVE. No matter where you are in your life at this moment, there are things you cannot see. There are movements not known and there is a deep sense of LOVE calling you home. I am going to answer this call. My heart asked me to let go, to surrender to, the complete unknown. To not buy into what I see today, but to merge into a field "where the children play". A field with no limitations, nor definitions, nor concrete knowing. A space between the space of the unmanifested and manifested form. Today, I will accept nothing that I think I believe or see, instead today I will ask LOVE to amaze me. To show me the miracle of letting go. Whatever place you are coming from today...I invite you to search your being for the call home. The call to LOVE. Maybe, just maybe we will find that we are much more creative and powerful than we know. It's worth a shot...breath in "Let"....breath out "go"....peace, om shanti...my LOVES.

LOVE is in motion...

HELLO LOVE Project! Living with a free heart does open up more LOVE. As the day moved through me and moved through the question of living with a free heart. It came to me that the more free our hearts, the more free our LOVE but also the more free our lives will be. LOVE cannot understand restrictions. LOVE cannot understand limitations. Nor can our hearts. To have a free heart and LOVE freely, all we need to do is let go. When we truly let go or surrender, we accept LOVE and we let LOVE be. Instead of trying to define it or control it. It's pointless anyway, like trying to control the ocean. So, my heart says...let it go. LOVE is in motion . LOVE is LOVE is LOVE.

How can we be more free to LOVE?

HELLO LOVE Project! LOVE is where the heart is. I hope your heart is happy. I hope your heart is free. I hope your heart is joyful. I hope your heart is singing. I send you LOVE.

Today my heart asks of LOVE....how can we be more free? The more free we are to LOVE and live from our hearts...the more smiles we will see. Let me know how we can be more free.

Do listen to your heart?

HELLO LOVE Project! There is so much we see all the time. Hear, feel, think. Everywhere you turn there is another idea or image, sound. Including in our own minds. If we want to open up to more LOVE, then do we need to turn some of the noise down? To really listen. My heart says if you build a strong sense of the heart, then your connection to LOVE is there for you at all times. It guides you and uplifts you. But how many of us our listening to our hearts? I believe if we were, conversations wouldn't be as long, and actions wouldn't be so delayed. I listen to people all the time go round and round with their mind, and ignore the call of the heart. For today, may you listen to your heart.



We never know, where it may lead

or who will follow...

but each and every heart has a song

HELLO LOVE Project! Happy friday. My heart is keeping it simple today. LOVE is LOVE is LOVE. LOVE set free is truly an amazing miracle. The question of LOVE today is that of a smile. How much LOVE can a heartfelt smile bring? I smile all the time, so I know it is a huge thing. Just for today may you laugh, may you LOVE and may you recieve many, many, many, smiles!
