Who Do You LOVE?....yourself?

HELLO LOVE Project!!!! LOVE, LOVE, LOVE.....the question of LOVE today....is LOVE of ones'self, how do we really have full self LOVE and acceptance?

The secret to happiness and the fountain of youth, yet we are all so hard on ourselves sometimes. The challenge is to give ourselves LOVE, unconditionally. So, today I am going to live with this question and challenge, and let you know what I find. If you are one of those narcissitic persons, I am not quite sure that counts. And even if you think you are very loving to yourself, I imagine there is a space that could use more LOVE. If we are able to LOVE ourselves more, wouldn't we be able to LOVE more in general?
